Yes, subscribers can renew their subscription before the expiry of contract. To do so please call your distributor or PME Call centers.

How can I receive updates on new promotions and events?
Subscribers within UAE can send a SMS message with the word PEHUPD on 4114. Subscribers from other regions can message the word PEHUPD to 00971507189008. This facility involves a standard cost.
Alternatively subscribers can log on to www.firstnettv.net to get all updates.

What are the subscription options for Firstnet?
Firstnet has 2 subscription options: Firstnet Basic (26 channels) and Firstnet Silver (38 channels).

Where do I buy the digital decoder from? How much do I have to pay for the same?
